New
York City Chapter said, "We are so pleased to have world renowned
Charles Fazzino as the official artist for our 20th annual Memory Walk.
We are confident that the sale of his beautifully designed posters and
scarves will not only help us raise funds, but will also serve as a
powerful reminder to New Yorkers that we must work together to sustain
the comunity as the epidemic of Alzheimer's grows."
"I am honored to have been asked by ALZNYC to commemorate
this
event. Alzheimer's has affected so many people that I know, including
my own family," said Charles Fazzino. "It's an insidious disease
that we all
need to work on treating and eradicating. I created the design for
the poster in the round because I see this event as a truly never-ending
walk of compassion and partnership....it will only end when we find a cure."
