A graduate of the New York School of Visual Arts, Charles Fazzino's popularity as a pop art artist has soared over the course of his thirty-year-career. He appears at over 30 one-man art exhibitions and shows annually, treating thousands of fans to his one-of-a-kind signature drawings. In the midst of all the ambitious travels, charity promotional events, and media appearances, Fazzino finds the time to create twenty to thirty new editions of art each year. He has celebrated eight Super Bowls for the National Football League and has been honored as the Official Artist for the GRAMMY Awards, Country Music Awards, Daytime Emmy Awards, and more. One of Charles Fazzino's most important art commissions came in 2006, when he created an official painting commemorating the political career of former President Bill Clinton. The painting was unveiled and presented to the President at a fundraiser in New York City for the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation. And in the same year, he was commissioned by the Mt. Fuji Museum to create a painting for it's grand opening in Japan. Fazzino's Dedication to Social CausesCharles Fazzino is also dedicated to many social causes, particularly those involving children.. In total, he has raised more than $1million with his artwork for these causes over the last ten years. As a National Vice President for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, he has hosted two fundraising art gallery openings, appeared at Summer Camp, served as the official artist for the New York Chapters Muscle Team Gala seven times, and donated many pieces of pop artwork to fundraising auctions. He has created works for the Rosie O'Donnell For All Kids Foundation, the USO, the MS150 Bike Tour, and many more.
Most Famous for Fazzion's 3-D art renderings of New York and countless other cities, he has also created masterfully vibrant and detailed pop art tributes to such popular icons as The New York Yankees, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Alfred Hitchcock, The Characters of Walt Disney, and the United States Olympic Team. The Home Depot, Roche Laboratories, The Kraft Company in Greece, the city of Boeblingen, Germany, The United Carnival Krewes of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, The USTA Foundation, The Sands Hotel/Casino, and Swiss National Television, are among the organizations and companies that have commissioned Fazzino originals.
