Charles was commissioned, at the request of Secretary of the Navy Carlos DelToro to create an official piece of artwork commemorating the 75th anniversary of the US Marine Corps Foundation Toys for Tots Program. The artwork was unveiled at an official US Marine Corp Evening Parade and in a special ceremony in NY featuring NY Giant star Kayvon Thibodeux. The artwork was featured at the annual First Lady Toys for Tots sorting event where Fazzino had the honor of presenting it to both President Joseph Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden. The project was featured on NBC news in Washington DC and made the centerpiece of a new official Toys for Tots tribute wall at The Pentagon.
