It’s fleet week in NYC! You will NOT want to miss the sights and sounds of fleet week, including the tall ships parading up the Hudson River and docking around the city in honor of OpSail 2012. OpSail is celebrating the 200th anniversary of the war of 1812 and the writing of our Star Spangled Banner by showing off this very special fleet of tall ships.  The ships will be on display and open to the public for touring in ports around Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. The Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum is participating in the celebration and the U.S Navy’s Blue Angels will also be performing. You can see the entire event schedule at www.Opsail.org.

If you go, make sure to keep your eye out for the special shops that have been set up at each port – each one sporting the official OpSail artwork created by none other than…Charles Fazzino. His spectacular patriotic tribute piece is available on t-shirts and posters, as well as in 3D fine art form. Galleries around New York City will also be featuring the work, so stop in and take a look.

Of course, feel free to contact us at info@fazzinocollectors.com should you have any questions about the Official OpSail 2012 Art Collection by Charles Fazzino.
